Advice needed

    What I would do is write out an abridged version of your situation and then remove, generalise or change enough details to prevent you being identifiable. But keep the main issue in.
    Then post the new/revised version of the situation to the forums where a range of helpful posters will offer advice. They may even say 'based on your post X is unclear so if ... Then... But if... Then...' That way you can get advice but aren't putting so much out there that you risk being identified.

    If you really feel you can't do that, get in touch with your Union at regional level. If you're not a member of a union (now isn't the time for a lecture), then check your home insurance for legal cover or get to your local CAB.
