    The school needs to provide a proper induction and if at all possible you should use the opportunity to complete the year. There are fewer induction opportunities out there. One requirement the school has is to ensure you are not faced with unreasonable demands and discipline problems that are unreasonably demanding. 2 people you should speak with- Union rep and Named person in the LA responsible for induction quality
