    Hi all.
I have an interview on Monday for a Science stem TLR. As it is internal I have not filled out an application form. All I have is the job description. I have 2 years teaching experience and I currently run science club. Another member of staff with more teaching experience has also got an interview. Can anyone give me any advice on what questions they could ask?

Surprised by this. You need to think about what you might have put in one. As it is internal don't assume that they know everything about you. Infac,t assume that they know nothing and that you need to tell them.

I would go through the job spec and see if you can match it.

And as @wanet says, do not assume they know everything. Best way to deal with an interview as an internal is to act as though you are external.

Thank you for your help. What questions do you think they will ask?
