  1. My 15 year old daughter would like to teach Modern Studies. Any advice on what subjects she really needs to have at Higher and also what degree course should she be looking to do. Many thanks

  5. Hi,
She should probably study English, Maths, Modern Studies, possibly another social subject or something like RME. At university, she should think about doing Politics and Sociology/ Social Policy or do Social Sciences and specialise in her degree year. Glasgow CaledonianUniversity have a great course in Social Sciences.
    Hope this helps
