activity booklet for German trip?

Discussion in 'Modern foreign languages' started by casablanca, Jun 7, 2007.

  1. Hi all,

my HOF has asked to put together an activity/vocab booklet for a forthcoming trip to the black forest.

I don't really know where to start, and have a squillion other things to do too, so I was wondering if anyone has one they already use that they would be willing to email/post me a copy of?

I would be eternally grateful for any help!
    Email is sundaysinbed AT lycos.co.uk

    Thanks muchly,

  3. we made one a couple of years ago, will see if I can dig out a copy...it was based on an exchange but there was a section on what was in their suitcase, space to rub the different coins through, section on different signs they would see around the town and they had to work out what they meant. There was also space for them to stick in any tickets, sweet wrappings they had (like a mini scrap book) and they also had to note down 5 new words they had learnt every day, plus some questions to answer about the activities they did each day. It worked really well and we judged it with the best getting a prize. We kept a few to have out at things like Yr 6 inductions etc and they always go down well
