    If I were to believe that he was employing some teachers on £18k and others on £60k depending on their relationship to SMT, I would genuinely advise a conversation with someone qualified in HR. A discrimination case, based on sexual discrimination or unequal pay, could prove very costly yo a Free School. If I were to believe this...
