A triumph!!

    Far be it from me to blow my own trumpet.....
    ...but.....
    I made Chocolate Peanut Butter cheesecake (Nigella) at the weekend and despite worrying that the mixture and topping were too runny it came out perfectly.
    The kids turned their noses up at it mind you but the OH and I have been scoffing it since yesterday morning! Delicious!!

  7. I have been trying to convince my kids for years that they won't like the things I bake - no success - in our house things barely have time to cool before they're gone!

    Ohhhhh! Now I'm going to have to look the recipe up and I'm going to gain weight just by reading about it!!!

    The recipe starts with the words "this is not for the feint-hearted.." or words to that effect...
     
  10. My favourite cake is Nigella's chocolate fudge cake she says it feeds 10 or 1 with a broken heart!
