A sign its time to get my coat????

    Where i am at present if you send a student out they arrogantly march off to find a member of slt to report you to. Something is very wrong with this. Surely the student should be hoping slt don't catch them being stood out in the corridor?

    Also if you do get a student removed, after waiting half an hour for on call to arrive! The student is let out 5 minutes before the bell to come back unsupervised and shout into your classroom and refuse to go away!

    If it wasn't so awful, I would laugh.

    Hope you manage to find somewhere where sanity prevails.
