A Sanction based approach does not work and behaviour and discipline are not priorites in an EBD school.

    Having worked in EBD Residential schools and mainstream schools may I say how much I feel sorry for you working with a Head who is clearly from the planet Zog!!

    Gosh. These are his words. What does he do in practice?
  3. He is not giving the children the skills they need. I understand that there is more need for flexibility, building relationships, trust but within this children need secure boundaries to grow.
