A-level results 2019: How are you feeling before your students find out their grades?

    GCSE and A-level results always make headline news and the anxious wait for those all important grades is almost over. Thousands of students will discover whether their hard work and dedication have paid off on Thursday 15th August when the A-level results are published.

    How do you feel in the run-up to A-level results day? Are you also filled with excitement and nerves for your students? Do you feel added pressure because of your school’s expectations about the exam results and the A-level performance tables? How do you and your colleagues deal with results day, before and after?
