    Hi,
I'd be interested to hear your approaches to setting grade boundaries for Biology A-level mocks. We are finding that the specimen questions are less accessible to our students than in the past. With grade boundaries for last summers A/S at rock bottom is everyone sticking to historic grade boundaries for predictions?

I teach A-Level Physics and am finding the same. I am fairly confident that grade boundaries on the new course will be lower than the old. For this reason I am going to use historic average grade boundaries for predictions/ student progress tracking as I would rather slightly under predict than over predict.

Thanks for sharing. It's reassuring to hear that we are both taking the same approach.
