A decade to bring Railtrack / Network Rail to court? Lazy MPs let this happen!

Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by mossonbrick, Feb 21, 2011.

  1. How can it be, that a case like this ytakes 10 years, especially when the company, the one that took over the old company, is pleading guilty? There is something seriously wrong with our legal system in cases like this. 12 months should be the absolute limit to collect evidence, carry out scientific analysis of the events and prosecute those involved. The families must have gone through hell over the last decade.
When will our MPs investigate why cases take over a decade to bring to court? What do they do all day? A decade!!

Ooops that might be as a result of the document archive and imaging system I designed and built for them 10 years ago!
