A challenge!

  1. OK, here's a challenge for you. I need two (possibly three) dinners. The criteria are;
    • can be cooked on two (decent) camp stoves with minimum pan use
    • must be vegan
    • must be low carb (definitely wheat-free)
    • ingredients can be kept in a cool box
    Do your best! (Erring towards a veggie curry one night).

    It's only the fish sauce or shrimp paste that makes it un-vegan; they do add a certain depth but soy sauce would make an acceptable substitute.
     
  3. Doves Farm gluten free pasta is fab! Takes less time to cook than wheat pasta. Suze J uses DS for GF pasta but I've not tried it so no idea what it tastes like.

    Anyway - most of my suggestions have been made by the rest of the TES foodies [​IMG]
