I have til 31st May to secure an overseas post for Sept. Anybody else in the same situation?
I'm wondering how many schools will be recruiting for January start.

  2. I was going to quit anyway and then try to get a job a job for January start or even next Sept (good excuse to do some travelling). But I have enough savings to be able to do that. Got a job for September this year anyway at a great school, but I wouldn't have accepted any old thing. I would have rather waited and done something useful/pleasurable during the wait.
