  6. I had cheese on toast for breakfast and I don't care.
    The diet thread where they're trying to calculate how many calories are in a cup of tea with soya milk fills me with gloom. I can't help thinking that such an intense regime is destined to fail.

    Exercise can be fun when you find the activity you enjoy. For me it is cycling it can also be my mode of transport killing two birds with one stone. As for food my oncologist suggested buying smaller plates. I was astounded but it works. Blessings to you Eggs xxx
