    Hi folks
I am on a 10 hours a week contract as a primary intervention teacher with QTS working with small groups (having worked as a classroom teacher and SENCo before in other schools). I am paid only for the hours I work, so no sick pay etc and no pay during school holidays but then again I am not expected to do playground duties/parents evenings/staff meetings (unless they are safeguarding/first aid training ones). So should I get PPA or not?

    You probably won't
These roles have been phased out in a lot of schools.
Hourly rate is higher to pay for prep time
