I'm after some advice /information, do pupils with an ehcp have 1:1 support in secondary schools? Also if you are an LSA in a secondary school are you a key worker to more than 1 pupil?

The only support a student gets is what is written into their EHCP.

I was an HLTA in a large secondary 3 or so years ago. My self and two TAs looked after a whole year group (approx 250 students) and we each key worked as many students as we could fit in, starting with those who had an EHCP.

Thank you, that's what I thought.
